To attract the new Generation Y?
While the baby boomers are preparing for their retirement, a new generation is ready to take their roles in this ever changing labour market. How can organisations create a working environment that will attract this new generation, then what differences they make in so many respects? The new generation, as many sociologists put, the Internet generation – will take all the current communication technology the older one may take for granted. The old generation sees no difference between the online and the offline world. They are always ‘on’. Communication is rare. But there are other differences, like the new office equipments, the new perspective about work,all these demand a complete new office structure,where people think in terms of net work . Moreover, from a scientific viewpoint , a network organisation offers currently the most effective basis for successful action.
